This is just the stitched word HOME intended to be added to the 50 states or places ornaments available for purchase.  There are 2 sizes.  One fits the 4x4 ornaments and one fits the 5x7.  Your download is a zipped folder with the stitch file in formats DST, EXP, HUS, JEF, PES, VIP, VP3, XXX 

Don't forget to read your tutorial before beginning the project.
